How much is shipping?
Shipping is FREE for all orders within Australia or New Zealand over $150.
Shipping & handling for orders within Australia up to 500 grams is $18.00.
Shipping & handling for orders to New Zealand up to 500 grams is $22.00.
Shipping & handling to all other countries up to 500 grams is a flat rate of AUD$25.00. We will advise any additional fees to international locations prior to shipping. This does not include overseas customs duties or foreign taxes. All extra costs incurred are the responsibility of the recipient. Please note we cannot deliver to post office boxes for international deliveries.
How will my order be shipped?
All orders are sent via registered post. Jewellery is posted in our customised gift boxes. Ceramics and Love Tokens are sent in protective packaging.
We will send a tracking number to your email once your order has been posted so you can stay updated on its progress.
How long does delivery take in Australia and New Zealand?
READY-TO-SHIP pieces are dispatched on the next business day from the day you order. Your pieces will usually arrive within 3 to 6 business days after dispatch in metropolitan areas. Deliveries to regional areas will usually arrive between 3 to 10 business days.
MADE-TO-ORDER pieces require 4-6 weeks to be made, then they are dispatched. Once they are dispatched, they will arrive within 3 to 10 business days.
OUT-OF-STOCK when pieces are not in stock, the system will place your order to be made with an expected delivery of 4-6 weeks.
If you require a made-to-order piece in a shorter amount of time, please advise us and we will do our best to accommodate your time frame.
How long does international delivery take?

CUSTOMISED JEWELLERY
We would love to work with you on customised jewellery, please contact us via info@nikkiwitt.com.au with your enquiries. Please note that due to the nature of customised pieces, we do not accept returns.
JEWELLERY CARE
Each piece is handcrafted using a variety of quality materials and finishes. As with any fine jewellery, please handle your Nikki Witt pieces with care to avoid damage. To keep them looking like new, we recommend storing each piece in their original tissue-lined box when not in use.
Please avoid spraying hairspray, perfume or other agents near your pieces as this can cause damage to the finishes.
Feathers and cotton tassels are best kept dry. Metals can be cleaned by gently polishing with a jewellery cloth. Porcelain can be dusted with a soft brush.
WARRANTY, RETURNS AND PACKAGING
We do not accept any returns or responsibility for damages after the date of your wedding or event.
Please note we cannot accept returns on earrings for hygiene reasons.
We do accept returns on ready-to-ship and made-to-order pieces (except earrings) providing we are notified within 7 days of receiving your order and goods are returned as received including original tags still attached. The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage and must include a tracking number.
We do not accept returns on custom pieces.
Please take care to inspect your order on delivery and notify us immediately of any manufacturing or design faults. Manufacturing faults will be repaired or replaced if we are notified within seven days of delivery. Improper care, change of mind or accidental damage and wear and tear are not covered.
All orders are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive to you in perfect condition. We do not accept any responsibility for damage due to postage and handling.

3.4 Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude GST, unless otherwise specified.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 We deliver within Australia and to select international locations. Delivery times may vary based on your location and shipping method.
4.2 While we strive to meet delivery estimates, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
4.3 Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges for international orders.
4.4 For orders within Australia, free shipping is available for purchases over $150.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
5.1 We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, undamaged items in their original packaging.
5.2 In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if your item is faulty, not as described, or does not perform as expected.
5.3 Personalized or custom-made jewellery cannot be returned unless faulty.
5.4 Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
